Shipping Policy

We ship Vacuum Tubes world wide!

We have a pretty simple shipping policy.

Here it is: "Don't try to make money by charging the customer inflated shipping costs". Pretty simple, huh? Fits right in with our business philosophy. Many companies will sell a tube at a decent price then they mark up their true shipping charges. We do not.

Shipping Charges

Domestic and Canada

Anywhere in the US or Canada our shipping charges are based on the number of tubes purchased.

1-5 tubes	$6.00
6-10 tubes	$7.00
11-14 tubes	$8.00
15-20 tubes	$9.00

Orders of 21 + tubes, or orders for large or heavy tubes are billed at actual freight costs, rounded up the the next dollar.

We use Priority Mail for most packages. Some of the more expensive ones will get shipped by UPS. We also can ship FEDEX freight collect if you have an account with them.

International Shipments

For overseas shipping, we ship all orders over $300 by Express Mail and charge only for the actual shipping costs.

Orders under $300 are shipped First Class International Mail unless the customer requests otherwise.

If you have a specific carrier you would like to use (FEDEX, DHL, etc.) we will be happy to oblige. Please use the Comments area on our Order Form to do this.

Every tube is hand tested before it is shipped to the customer.

We guarantee every tube we sell for thirty days except for breakage, open filaments or operation outside manufacturer's specifications.
